Point of contact under the Digital Services Act
The Wanderer app is a hosting service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services. The following single point of contact has been established for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11) as well as for users (Art. 12):

Notices about illegal content go through the reporting function in the app; the procedure, including the statement of reasons and the right to object, is set out in section 12 of the terms of use.
No representative under Art. 13 of the Regulation needs to be designated, as the provider is established in Austria.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints can be sent at any time to office@wanderwege.cc or to the address given above; we seek an amicable solution. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before an alternative dispute resolution body and decide on this case by case.
